And I am very sorry to Mr Musk's mom.

 

I know you will be very concerned and very mad at my decision to raise the issue to the court.

 

But please understand that at this point, I have no choice on the matter.

 

 

He is persistent, and he is pushing someone to the edge.

 

 

It has become abuse despite the multiple warnings, and from my obvious emotional reactions,

it has been detrimental.

 

 

it's reached a point where, the situation is critical.

 

 

But he.... will continue.

 

 

 

What I am hoping for through this court, is not to result in any penalty toward Mr Musk.

 

 

But for him to simply deliver his promises, and prove his better intention.

 

 

And because I/(most likely 'we', along with other investors) no longer believes that

 

mr Musk has control over his repeated behavior,

 

 

I cannot depend my support on Mr Musk. He will only choose to delay and stall delivery of his

rewards as much as possible even using that situation, should he begin support.

 

 

So I am hoping support from Mr Gates and Mr Bezos during this time.

 

 

 

I hope you will not be angry, and will advise Mr Musk to simply go for the business transaction.
