U.S constitution.

 

How many of this have they violated now. (IF it happened)

 

*Freedom of religion. (Rather, my belief in cryonics was dismissed by protecting the people who were attempting to hurt my mom)

(Not a religion. Every one of us are in there as choice. However, when other people's beliefs are imposed on us,

setting permanence of death as topic, that becomes matter of belief and faith (which is religion).

 

*Freedom from unreasonable searches (hacking) and seizures (privacy of information). And on-going.

 

*Freedom from self-incrimination (intentional act of providing information in public) attempting double jeopardy.

(Attempted defamation and insurrection, attempted prosecution of a person twice for the same offense when things are resolved).

 

*Rights of accused persons. e.g. right to speedy and public trial (when i'm BLIND to the channel,

relying only on relays which are closer to metaphors)

 

*Freedom from excesive bail, cruel and unusual punishments. (Humiliation by hacking,

defending their actions from position of authority = quite an unusual punishment

that was permissible for the defendant(me) ). Continued allowing hacking when I

clearly stated only on-screen communication be allowed, as only means of communication.

But I said no security cameras or audio.

 

*Other rights of the people. (My privacy, continued allowed hacking, my rights of belief in cryonics,

my rights of being able to see the channel and properly observe and respond what was going on,

my rights to defend myself, their actions simply dismissed, punishment waived. Despite attempted harm (Cryonics facility,

damage  (photos, videos, 3.8 years of this) is clearly evident.

 

etc.

 

At this point, I assume there was a public trial on this, based on the information and evidences I gave,

to these people who attacked me and my mom. If punishment were delivered, if they were charged, i'd rather not

waste time and resource for a court trial. They had every advantage in the trial as well as I was blind.

But what is obvious, it simply is.

 

The same goes for Mr Biden as well. I do not know what is going on exactly or if all these things has happened.

If currently i'm being gaslighted as a prank, when it is resolved, or if you actually did all these things.

 

But I will let the people who has the better view decide. I am in the blind and I give as much

information as possible, as people will fully use this situation to their advantage. (Leaving information out to

their advantage, or usage of unreasonable authority or dismissal/reasoning)

 

But all is in the open still. It is transparent. With many leaders and authorities watching.

 

So I suppose the trial is somewhat fair.

Most of the constitution, I believe, however was violated.

 

And the people who are attacking me, has fully used the situation to their advantage.

 

If, (I am seeing from the relays, I believe) these things were said in their defense:

 

1. That i'm a ghost. I am behind a screen, so technically I don't exist.

 

2. Dead people are dead. How can you harm someone who is dead?

 

3. They have the right to attack someone who was under allegation.

 

 

If such statements were used. It is coming from place of unreasonable force and ego.

 

I need not write in detail about this. I am sure the authorities there have more than enough intellect

to understand what they violated, what they are forcing. Where the foundation of this corrupted reasoning is coming from.
