as i recall, the person i initially spoke to
had issues with her manners.
it was very blunt, brute, unapologetic,
aiming to blame their mistake on me.
why i was agitated and wanted to speak to
the manager.
it was impossible reasoning they were
bringing up.
i mean, "1 pickle per cheeseburger"
what?
it didn't make any sense.
yet pushing forward.
(not only this but the way she spoke was
just impossible)
I don't know. I see a lot of crazy people
everywhere. but as an employee,
the attitude they showed was...
it was just a impossible game of ego.
a simple apology would've been ok.
i started out polite and got mad as i spoke to this person.
if someone there is speaking out.
"obtuse" is the right word.
and deliberately so.
you can't reason with people like that.
yes, if you made a mistake with your burgers,
you should simply apologize or refund.
the manager did the right thing.
you who are speaking out now,
you are speaking out of your ego,
but then, if you were incapable of reasonable communication
back then, i can expect the same now.
tell the people on the channel what the manager said
to you.
instead gearing things to your advantage
and making me look bad.
