I recall some years back,

 

I ordered 5 or so cheeseburgers,

 

of which it was something like

2 of them had cheese missing,

 

all of them had 1 pickle in it.

 

So I did call them up.

 

However, the attitude was extremely blunt.

Instead an apology (I didn't initially get

agitated, only because the response was

extremely blunt and unapologetic)

 

what I got was, the cheeseburgers only

get 1 pickle per burger.

 

and no apology about the burger without

cheese either. xD

 

So, I asked to speak to the manager,

as this didn't make any sense.

 

Who was making these rules?

 

I spoke to the manager over email,

and she actually said

"I should be thanking you"

and, she replied as if it was quite a chore

to have spoke to them,

and, she offered me a free meal.

 

Of which I was tempted but did not go back.

 

So if any of them are complaining,

that same unreasonable attitude must be present there.

 

It was an resolved issue, and I had to make a complaint

because it didn't make sense.
